In his dual capacity, Keith oversees the organization’s end-to-end talent strategy—including recruitment, employee relations, and professional development—while simultaneously leading marketing and business development initiatives. Before beginning his business career in 2013, Keith spent 13 years in the construction industry. This foundational experience developed his strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and deep appreciation for teamwork—attributes that now inform his pragmatic approach to operational leadership and strategic problem-solving.

Keith holds a Master of Science in Training and Development.
