Abbey Sefchik is an Associate Attorney at Whiteside & Goldberg, Ltd., where she passionately represents individuals and families affected by life-altering injuries. Her practice is focused entirely on plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death claims.

 

Abbey brings a highly disciplined and analytical approach to her advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Analysis & Practice, graduating magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where she consistently earned a spot on the Dean’s List and served as a foundational member of the Tort and Injury Law Society.

 

Before joining Whiteside & Goldberg, Abbey honed her litigation skills clerking for prominent personal injury and civil litigation firms, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across all stages of the legal process. She is a trial-ready advocate licensed to practice across three states—Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania—giving her a broad regional perspective on complex injury law. Known for her empathetic client care and fierce courtroom presence, Abbey is dedicated to helping accident victims secure the full and fair compensation they deserve.
